History of James Limousine
James Limousine was founded in 1992 by Jim Garrison to fulfill the need for a superior transportation and luxury limousine service in Richmond, Virginia. Jim quickly built the business into the largest and most successful limousine company in the area up until his tragic death in October of 2001, when he and his wife Kim lost their lives while scuba diving off the coast of Belize.
After their death, the Bottom family carried on Jim's tradition of excellence, managing the company through the difficult times after 9/11, and growing the company to record levels by capturing major accounts such as Philip Morris and Bliley Funeral Home.
Randy Allen, Lynn Allen, and Tom Henry became the 3rd generation of owners in January of 2007. With a strong background in corporate management, technology, and business travel, the new owners immediately set a goal of making James Limousine the preeminent chauffeured transportation provider in Central Virginia for all occasions and vehicle types to accommodate your needs for everything from a town car, to a limo of any size to a charter bus or even a party bus. This has been accomplished primarily by bringing an unequaled level of professionalism to all areas of the company. Sales have grown by 25% and 40% in the first two years of new leadership.
