James Limousine Launches New Website

On August 1st, James Limosine went live with their brand new website.  The new look and feel, which emulates the luxurious interior of their vehicles, includes new content and features for the corporate and personal traveler.  Highlights of the internally developed website include a vehicle photo gallery, corporate online booking tool, concierge section with links to trusted vendors and partners,  and a detailed FAQ page.

Safety is our #1 priority at James Limousine.  We meet or exceed all Federal Department of Transportation and Virginia Division of Motor Vehicle regulations and guidelines.

Insurance

We carry $9 Million Dollars of primary and excess liability coverage on all vehicles through the Hartford Insurance Company, as well as workers compensaton coverage.

 

Our safety program includes:

  • Chauffeur pre-employment and random drug and alcohol testing per DOT regulations.
  • Employee background checks with Virginia State Police.
  • Chauffeur pre-employment check of current DMV driving record with a +2 minimim required. We also subscribe to DMV monitoring system for on-going alerts of any driving violations on or off the job.
  • Chauffeur new hire training program with classroom and on the road training in safety and defensive driving techniques.
  • A full-time fleet manager that ensures all vehicles receive routine maintenance service at intervals recommended by the manufacturer. 
  • Every Chauffeur carries a cell phone for constant contact with our dispatch office.
