Introduction To Our Pricing We understand how confusing pricing can be when chartering a vehicle from a limousine company. This page will help you understand the basics of our pricing and vehicle charter options. Please contact our office at (888) 522-1540 toll free, or 804-273-1540 and we will be more than happy to provide you with an accurate quote in writing for your airport transfer, business meeting, or special occassion. Our rates vary by type of vehicle and type of charter. Charter types include airport transfers, hourly, and point-to-point. If you are not sure which vehicle you need, you can review our fleet page for pictures and descriptions, or call us for expert advise from one of our reservation specialist. We do not charge any "per person" fees. We always quote all-inclusive rates (base rate, fuel, parking, tolls, and gratuities included) meaning the final bill will not contain any surprises or hidden fees. Airport Transfers Airport transfers from the greater Richmond area are priced at fixed flat rates depending on vehicle and airport. We serve all regional commercial airports, including RIC (Richmond), IAD (Dulles), (Reagan), BWI (Baltimore), PHF (Williamsburg/Newport News), and ORF(Norfolk). We also provide planeside pickup and dropoff service (where allowed) at all private jet fixed base operating (FBO) centers. Our airport transfer rate consists of:
We do not charge for traffic delays or local flight delays. We track all flights using radar websites, airline websites, and airline 800 numbers. If you miss a flight connection, please call us as soon as possible to avoid no show charges. Hourly Charters An hourly charter is priced based on the number of hours you use the vehicle, and the type of vehicle. For local trips, fees start at your scheduled pickup time, and stop when we make the final drop of any member of your group. For trips involving travel outside the Richmond area, you will be charged "garage to garge", including the Chauffeurs travel time to/from our garage to your location. Sedans and passenger vans can be chartered for as little as one hour. Specialty vehicles such as stretch limousines, SUV's, and mini-coaches have hourly minimum charter requirements that can vary by time of year (e.g. Prom and Tacky Light Tour Season) and day of the week. The advantage of an hourly charter is the vehicle and chauffeur are always available close by if your plans change suddenly. Point-to-Point Service Point to Point Service is defined as a local Richmond transfer from point A to point B that can be completed in one hour or less. We offer limited point to point service for those occassions when you may have long time periods between pickup and return trips, and do not need to utilize the vehicle in between. If you schedule a point to point return trip, please be aware that we will schedule the vehicle and chauffeur for other clients in between, and may not be able to accomodate any changes in your pre-arranged plans. Point to point rates are priced higher than hourly rates because of the time we have to take the vehicle out of service prior to and after your point to point trip for cleanup and buffers between trips. Point to point service is charged as a flat all-inclusive rate. |
