Welcome to the Bob and Marion Wilson Teacher Institute Airport Transportation Reservation Page. After providing your flight details, ground transportation will be provided to take you from the airport to the Williamsburg Lodge Hotel. Transportation will be provided from Richmond (RIC), Newport News (PHF), or Norfolk (ORF) airports only.

When you arrive, please proceed to the baggage claim area where someone holding the BMWTI logo will be waiting to greet you and escort you to the vehicle. Please be aware that you will be grouped with other arriving attendees and might have to wait for all passengers to land.
