I just wanted to say what a GREAT experience it was working with you and our chauffeur David this past Saturday. Danielle Trunnel actually signed the contract for our group but I spoke with you in the beginning and was included in all the correspondence between you and Danielle. The sales/contract process was seamless and you were always very accessible and friendly.
The bus showed up promptly at 10:55am and whisked us away to our wineries. Our chauffeur David was so personable but still very professional. One of our girls got a little motion sick and he was very attentive and helpful to her. We asked him to make multiple stops and he was always very pleasant…and with 10 tipsy girls, that is in itself a feat! Along the way, one of the girls from a separate bachelorette party accidentally took of our girl’s sweater, unbeknownst to us David tracked down the sweater and was able to get it back to her on our way home. He volunteered to take photos and brought us waters throughout the day…in other words, he was AMAZING! We could not have asked for a better sales process, a better chauffeur, or a more lovely van…it was all just perfect.
I have been a professional meeting planner for over 13 years and have dealt with many transportation companies in my day…I am confident when I say James was the best I have ever personally experienced.
