We understand how confusing pricing can be when booking a vehicle from a limousine company.

- We do not charge any per-person fees and would never put you into a shared ride with strangers
- We always quote all-inclusive rates for the vehicle (base rate, fuel, parking, and suggested gratuities), meaning the final bill will not contain any surprises or hidden fees. Tolls and parking are charges as incurred depending on trip itinerary.
Airport Transportation and Point to Point Rates
Airport transfers are priced at fixed total rates depending on vehicle type, airport, and the driving distance from the airport. We serve all regional commercial airports, including RIC (Richmond), IAD (Dulles), (Reagan), BWI (Baltimore), PHF (Williamsburg/Newport News), and ORF (Norfolk).
We also provide plane side pickup and drop off service (where allowed) at all private jet fixed base operating (FBO) centers. Through our large network of affiliate partners, we can also provide service at all major airports nationwide.
We do not charge for traffic delays or commercial flight delays. We track all flights using radar websites, airline websites, and airline 800 numbers. If you miss a flight connection, please call us as soon as possible to avoid no show charges.
Point to Point fixed rates are available for one way transfers inside or between our major metropolitian service areas of Richmond, Charlottesville, Newport News, and/or Williamsburg.
Automated rates are available for airport transfers and point to point trips for our local airports and service areas. If you need transportation outside of our local airports and/or service areas, please request a custom quote.
Hourly Charter Rates
An hourly charter is priced based on the number of hours you use the vehicle and the type of vehicle. For local trips, fees start at your scheduled pickup time and stop when we make the final drop off of any member of your group.
For trips involving pickups or drop-offs outside our local service area, you will be charged “garage to garage”, including the chauffeur’s travel time to/from our garage to your location.
One of the advantages of an hourly charter is the vehicle and chauffeur are always available close by if your plans change suddenly.
