Arrive in style: secrets for business travelers

May 30, 2017 | Charlottesville limo service, Richmond limousine service, Virginia limousine service | Randy Allen

After spending all day in our luxury vehicles assisting our valued customers with their Virginia car service needs, we know a thing or two about arriving in style and staying refreshed at the end of a long day. Our business clients work hard when they’re in town, and many of them land after a long day of travel only to rush right to a meeting or business dinner. This means figuring out how to arrive in style, how to look and feel refreshed, and how to minimize stress in and out of the airport. Our professional chauffeurs make it possible for you to arrive in style to any business meeting, dinner, or networking event in our Charlottesville limo service, and we also have a few tips to help you look as refreshed and stylish as you’ll feel in one of our luxury vehicles.

Dress for Your Flight, Not For Business

One of the biggest mistakes business travelers make is dressing for business when they leave for the airport. Even if you have a meeting the moment you land, you still have a few moments to change your clothes in the bathroom at the airport or on your flight. It might not be the ideal situation, but it prevents you from spending hours sitting in your business suit while it wrinkles and begins to smell a lot like the passengers near you. You won’t worry about spilling coffee on your flight, you won’t worry that you’ll smell like the sandwich your seatmate is eating that’s heavy on the onions, and you’ll feel much cleaner when you change.

Say No to Dry Skin

Even a quick flight can wreak havoc on your skin, and it’s immediately obvious. High altitudes on a plane require specific cabin pressure, and that dry air can cause your skin to change almost immediately. It’s not uncommon for your face to dry out extensively when you’re on a plane for even a few short hours, and it’s not uncommon for you to experience headaches and a sudden dull pallor. Drink water. Water helps prevent dry skin, and it counteracts the dry air on a plane. Your face will feel instantly fresher when you drink water, and you’ll look a lot more refreshed when you land.

Choose Upscale Travel Accessories

If you want to arrive in style, but you haven’t the time to check into your hotel before your first meeting or event, your travel accessories will do a lot of speaking before you have a chance. Choose quality luggage, a structured handbag or briefcase, and other timeless accessories such as watches, jewelry, and even your sunglasses. These things make a statement, and that statement should be both stylish and professional in any setting.

Our luxury car service is designed to create a stress-free travel experience for all business travelers as well as those in town for their own enjoyment. From the moment we pick you up to the moment we drop you off, our highly-trained chauffeurs ensure you arrive in style and are treated to the utmost in quality care, comfort, and luxury.
